Promote vocational options amongst youth and assist the students and their families in the vocational learning and job placement process.
- Conduct household visits to assess the socio-economic state and to recruit youth
- Facilitate ongoing Focus Group Discussions with both the youth and their families
- Offer legal advice, support, and referral whenever possible to the youth throughout the project period
- Refer cases to Local and national NGOs (internally and externally)
- Promote the vocational training amongst their families so the
students can reach higher income levels - Write reports, fill data tables and do weekly plans
- Work alongside other professionals in planning how best to help a student’s /beneficiaries
- Hold and lead social awareness and life skills sessions for beneficiaries.
