The Quality Teaching and Learning QTL project requires a high level of coordination among various stakeholders; including AAA’s concurrent project staff and Education Field Officers (EFOs).
Ensuring all coordination mechanisms are running smoothly by organizing and setting meetings.
Follow-up on data collection and analysis.
v Field-Visits:
Conducting field-visits to the selected schools of the QTL project implementation.
Coordinate with schools’ assigned EFOs and the QTL’s TAMAM Senior Coach to schedule field-visits.
Write and submit field-report, detailing observations of visit.
v Other tasks as assigned.
Education Requirements and Skills:
BA or BS in Social Sciences; preferably in Education, Sociology, or Psychology.
Fluent in English and Arabic. French is a plus.
Experience in Microsoft Package is a must.
A background in administrative work is a major plus.
Ability to set priorities.
Organizational and filing skills.
Previous NGO experience of 2+ years is preferred.
Possesses excellent communication skills [verbal and written].
As this position stresses on coordination; therefore, coordination skills are of highest value. Interpersonal skills are a must.
High levels of integrity, autonomy, self-motivation, humor, common sense and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
