This position will report to the NCSC Home Office. As part of the Project Field Team, the position is based in Beirut, Lebanon. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing all programming aspects of the program in Lebanon.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Serve as liaison with counterparts at the Higher Judicial Council, the U.S. Embassy, and other Lebanese justice sector stakeholders throughout program implementation. • Lead the design, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of program activities related to the design, testing, and implementation of physical and electronic records management systems at the Beirut Palace of Justice. • Provide summary and progress reports on activities to Home-Office. • Work with relevant counterparts, committees, and working groups to implement program activities in accordance with the work plan, implementation schedule, and performance monitoring plan. • Manage the day-to-day work of field office staff and conduct quality control of all activities and events for the duration of the project. • Oversee the contractual compliance and delivery of services by the program’s sub-awardee, vendors, and experts. • Assist expatriate and Lebanese Trainers and Experts in conducting assistance, customizing and creating training materials, and delivering training.
