The Arab Foundation for Freedoms and Equality and M-Coalition are looking for journalists for a media monitoring part-time job as part of a new project in the MENA region.
We are looking for interested journalists in Lebanon, Egypt, Jordan, Tunisia and Morocco who are willing to assist AFE team in monitoring the media in their respective countries on specific topics related to sexual health and HIV.
Selected applicants are expected to be available to work 2 weeks in July 2019 and 2 weeks in December 2019. The total of days requested for every consultant in every country is 30 days between July and December 2019.
The work will be done remotely. No travels are expected for this job.
The media monitoring activities will be completed under the supervision of AFE’s media department. Consultants will have to send a media monitoring report at the end of every 2 weeks reporting. Guidelines and requirements of the report will be provided by AFE’s media center.

Requirements:
- Be fluent in English and Arabic (for Lebanon, Egypt and Jordan)
- Be fluent in Arabic and French (for Tunisia and Morocco)
- Have experience in monitoring the media (newspapers, websites and TVs)
- Have a basic knowledge of sexual health, HIV and gender issues
