Request for Consultant – Hybrid Model Design and Operationalization

ANND is a regional civil society network working to promote human rights, social justice, and sustainable development across the Arab region. As part of its Strategy 2026–2029, ANND is working to strengthen its institutional sustainability through innovative approaches, including the development of a hybrid model.

The selected consultant will:

• Design a conceptual and operational framework for the hybrid model
• Identify potential service areas and revenue streams
• Develop practical operational tools and templates
• Support initial implementation through coaching and piloting
• Propose monitoring and sustainability mechanisms

The consultancy will be implemented over approximately 3–4 months (20–30 working days) and will include phases such as diagnostic analysis, model design, operational toolkit development, coaching, and sustainability planning.
