Brief description of the Assignment: Design and develop ANND fundraising strategy including the reserve policy and review and update the administrative, accounting, financial and operational procedures of ANND. A consultant, for whom terms of reference are defined below, will be recruited for this purpose.

Place of assignment: He/she will work remotely closely with ANND Coordination Committee and the executive bureau based in Beirut,

Duration of the assignment: 24 working days

Tentative Start Date: September 22nd, 2021

Deadline for applications: September 17th, 2021

ANND invites individual consultants to indicate their interest in providing the above-described services. Interested eligible consultants shall provide a cover letter of maximum 300 words with highlights on previous experience in similar projects and their Curriculum Vitae.

OBJECTIVES OF THE MISSION
The purpose of the mission is to design and develop ANND fundraising strategy including the reserve policy and review and update the administrative, accounting, financial and operational procedures of ANND. These documents will serve as a methodological guide to the governance of ANND activities:

- Assignment of Responsibilities and Establishment of Expectations;
- Safeguarding of Assets;
- Consistent Record-keeping;
- Accurate, Reliable, and Relevant Financial Reporting;
- Maintaining Compliance with Regulatory Requirements.
