DESCRIPTION:
- Maintains ARCPA’s website and social media platforms.
- Records and handles audio-visual documentation of activities, and supports the dissemination of documentation on social media.
- Prepares short films for posting and supports editing films produced by ARCPA.
- Supports media production.
- Maintains the media archive and follows up on the digitalization of ARCPA’s resources.
- Supports film screening events and performances, when needed.
- Distributes films to local, regional, and international festivals.
- Ensures that related equipment is well maintained and stored.
- Be creative and skilled in video editing and graphic animation
- Support the media staff when needed
- Supports the preparation of PowerPoint presentations for the coordination team.
- Develops proposals, progress reports, and final reports for supervised projects.
- Represents ARCPA in related events.
- Ensures the development of messages that reinforce ARCPA brand/identity and attract media attention through a range of documents, publications and electronic services.
- Monitors the preparation of ARCPA’s communication tools from conceptualization to production – Annual Report, website, brochures, fact sheets.
- Coordinates technical and logistical preparation for ARCPA press Conferences, Network’s Conference
- Develops and maintains positive working relationships with local and international media
- Liaises and cooperates with media for work-related issues such as advocacy, monitoring, awareness, ARCPA events, and activities.
- Performs other job-related tasks as requested by supervisor.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications Arts, Radio/TV, Fine Arts or Journalism
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
