• Oversees and manages the Human Resources and Administration Department.
• Operates the HR unit as a strategic partner to support the achievement of overall business strategy.
• Updates and administers HR and Admin. policies and procedures, including attendance, payroll, compliance, documentation, and correspondence.
• Supports Staffing, Organization Development, Performance Management, and Training and Development.
• Provides support to other departments in employment and personnel matters.
• Checks and controls the HR contracts of partners and ARCPA.
• Oversees the planning of events and meetings, including the preparation of invitations, the dispatch of invitations, and the logistics planning.
• Supports the development of work schedules for staff.
• Oversees and ensures the implementation of an effective archiving system.
• Proof-reads and supports translation, as needed.
• Supports the update of ARCPA’s website and social media posts.
• Represents ARCPA in meetings with partners and supports coordination activities, when needed.
• Performs other job-related tasks as requested by supervisor.
