Monitoring And Evaluation Specialist

Develops monitoring and evaluation (M&E) tools and processes to follow-up on on-going projects and activities implemented by ARCPA and its partners. Develops performance-based indicators for on-going projects. Trains ARCPA’s team and its partners on how to use monitoring tools and performance-based indicators. Tracks projects’ progress and provides timely feedback to the implementing team and ARCPA’s management. Visits project activities being implemented when needed and provides feedback on on-going activities. Reviews existing data quality and collection methods and coordinates with related officers to fill gaps. Monitors program performance and reporting, and provides feedback to enrich reports and information material. Conducts and/ or participates in assessments, evaluations, and surveys as requested. Writes lessons learnt and success story reports, in coordination with ARCPA’s Social Media Officer. Supports correspondence with donors and partners, in cooperation with the program coordinators and the Deputy General Coordinator. Supplies Terms of Reference for baseline, mid-term, and end-line external evaluations. Represents ARCPA in related events. Performs other job-related tasks as requested by supervisor.  MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS A minimum of 5 years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation, assessments, and analysis of emergency and development projects Experience in identifying and documenting best practices and lessons learnt Knowledge of Lebanon’s context, and the context of refugees   Excellent reporting skills Excellent computer skills Excellent research, analytical, and interpersonal skills with attention to details Driving license Able to work under pressure and overtime, when needed
