PSS Facilitator & Outreach - Al-Qasimia

MAIN DUTIES

Conduct structured PSS sessions with children, caregivers, and adolescents in Al-Qasimia and the Surrounding area

Deliver awareness-raising sessions to caregivers, women, and youth on interpersonal skills and psychosocial issues

Identify and refer cases to the social worker

Coordinate with relevant agencies, bodies, and local authorities

Conducts outreach activities to attract and engage children in project activities

Submit reports concerning implemented outreach/door-to-door activities, awareness sessions and identification/referrals, and related challenges

Attend related training and meetings

Additional tasks as required

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Technical

University degree in the field of Psychology, Medical Social work, or related field. (At least 5 years of experience in the field of work is accepted as an equivalent).

A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar field. Previous working experience with INGO/NGO in a similar position is required KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES.

Apply basic computer skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office

WORKING CONDITIONS

The incumbent is required to work 6 days a week

Working hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. during the winter season and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. during the summer season

Preference will be given to those residing in the South area
