MAIN DUTIES
Activity Coordination
- Contribute to the development of the center’s activities in coordination with the Al-Jana team.
- Outreach to children and youth and encourage them to participate in the center’s activities.
- Support the implementation of the Youth Volunteers Programme at the Center.
- Support the implementation of awareness-raising sessions and campaigns
- Support the implementation of Youth Program activities including small business support and youth-led initiatives.
- Coordinate and support the referral of Psycho-Social Support Program Components, in coordination with the PSS team.
Training
- Support and deliver employability, entrepreneurship, and Life Skills training workshops following a preset curriculum.
- Support the trainers and youth during the implementation of TVET workshops, and Technology Training.
- Deliver awareness-raising sessions and lead awareness-raising campaigns.
Administration
- Support administrative work related to the center including the development of action plans, reporting (monthly and quarterly), and others.
- Support logistics work related to the center including required maintenance and office supplies among others
- Facilitate the implementation of project-related training workshops for staff and volunteers
- Support project internal monitoring and evaluation processes
- Participate in project meetings and UN coordination meetings/working groups at the field level and provide regular feedback
- Represents ARCPA in related events
- Performs other job-related tasks as requested by the supervisor
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Technical
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Technology, Information Management, Management Information Systems, Sociology, Education Fields
- At least two years of experience working in youth development, or in an educational setting related to training and development specialized in Youth Programmes (life skills, entrepreneurship skills, and employability skills.).
- Creativity and initiative to independently lead projects.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to lead workshops for groups of youth and caregivers.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Comfortable conducting outreach activities is a must.
- Ability to be flexible and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Cultural sensitivity/excellent cross-cultural communication skills.
- English proficiency is a must.

WORKING CONDITIONS
- The incumbent is required to work 6 days a week
- Working hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. during the winter season and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. during the summer season
