The Youth Coordinator Assistant will support outreach to youth and contribute to the planning and facilitation of youth activities. He/she will assist in delivering Technology and Digital Literacy Trainings (including MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic tech tools), lead Life Skills sessions, and support youth-led initiatives and engagement activities. Preference will be given to those residing in Wadi El-Zayneh area.
Activity Coordination
Contribute to the development of center’s activities in coordination with Al-Jana team.
Outreach to children and youth and encourage them to participate in the center’s activities.
Support the implementation of Youth Volunteers Programme at the Center.
Support the implementation of awareness raising sessions and campaigns
Support the implementation of Youth Program activities including small business support and youth-led initiatives.
Coordinate and support the referral of Psycho-Social Support Program Components, in coordination with the PSS team.
Training
Support and deliver employability, entrepreneurship and Life Skills training workshops following a preset curriculum.
Support the trainers and youth during the implementation of TVET workshops, and Technology Training.
Support and deliver technology training workshops including coding and robotics.
Deliver awareness raising sessions and lead awareness raising campaigns.
Administration
Support administrative work related to the center including the development of action plans, reporting (monthly and quarterly), and others.
Support logistics work related to the center including required maintenance and office supplies among others
Facilitate the implementation of project related training workshops for staff and volunteers
Support project internal monitoring and evaluation processes
Participate in project meetings and UN coordination meetings/working groups at field level and provide regular feedback
Represents ARCPA in related events
Performs other job-related tasks as requested by supervisor

• At least two years of experience working in youth development, or in an educational setting related to training and development specialized in Youth Programmes.
