“Home Arts Homecoming” is a project of the Arab theatre Training center in Lebanon funded by SIDA. The project was relaunched in 2021 for an initial duration of 2 years in Jordan and Lebanon. This evaluation will provide an external outlook at the achievements of the project.
The evaluation team will be composed of 2-3 people maximum.
Candidates’ Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in international development or any relevant field.
- CV including detailed information of past evaluation assignments.
- Minimum three years of experience in cultural and performing arts evaluation projects.
- Demonstrate ability to develop evaluation plans and tools; Experience in research, data collection, report writing, and analysis.
- Excellent English writing and thorough knowledge and experience of evaluation methods and techniques.
- Excellent experience and knowledge of advanced research methods and qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Experience in working/evaluating non-governmental organizations.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
- Experience of working in the cultural sector.
- Ability to travel freely to Lebanon and Jordan.
