Vocational Training in Central Bekaa (TND-LOG-2025-4253-LY-S)

The objective of this consultancy is to deliver high-quality, customized theoretical and technical vocational training to 75 selected beneficiaries, with a strong focus on empowering youth and women in Central Bekaa. The training seeks to enhance employability, strengthen self-sufficiency, and support livelihood development amid ongoing economic and social challenges in Lebanon.

The training entity will be responsible for:

• Designing and implementing a training program consisting of 80 to 120 hours, with a maximum of 6 hours per day.
• Tailoring training methodologies to the literacy levels, technical backgrounds, and learning preferences of the target group, with an average recommended group size of 8 to 15 beneficiaries per session.
• Delivering a combination of theoretical instruction and practical, hands-on experience with 80% practical to ensure participants are equipped for employment venture.
• Collaborating with arcenciel’s team to align on training plans, logistics, schedules, and materials.
• Integrating inclusive, gender-sensitive, and participatory approaches throughout the training cycle.
• Conducting pre- and post-training assessments to track progress in knowledge and skills acquisition.
• Providing a suitable onsite training venue and ensuring a welcoming learning environment as well as Offering refreshments for participants during training days.
• Supplying all required tools and supplies relevant to each vocational path.
• Ensuring all training is conducted through in-person sessions.
