Administrative Officer

General Objectives & Tasks :

1. Welcome and greet customers:

  • Receive customers and beneficiaries at the customer service unit with a smile.
  • Provide the best service to customers through meeting their needs and directing them when necessary.
  • Create partner sheets for each customer.
  • Ensure the retrieval of all necessary information.
  • Check on the system if the searched items and products exist.
  • Issue the corresponding invoices and hand them over to the concerned customers according to the applied procedure.
  • Ensure the data entry on the customer service’s software.
  • Redirect the users to the cashier of the unit.

Position Requirements:

Professional competencies:

  • Familiarity with all the products and services offered as well as the technical terms.
  • Knowledge of the customer service and selling techniques.
  • Mastery of arcenciel's culture, values and procedures

Working schedule: Monday till Friday from 8 am till 4 pm, may require additional working hours
