General Objectives & Tasks :
1. Welcome and greet customers:
- Receive customers and beneficiaries at the customer service unit with a smile.
- Provide the best service to customers through meeting their needs and directing them when necessary.
- Create partner sheets for each customer.
- Ensure the retrieval of all necessary information.
- Check on the system if the searched items and products exist.
- Issue the corresponding invoices and hand them over to the concerned customers according to the applied procedure.
- Ensure the data entry on the customer service’s software.
- Redirect the users to the cashier of the unit.

- Familiarity with all the products and services offered as well as the technical terms.
- Knowledge of the customer service and selling techniques.
