General objectives and tasks:
1- Support in the development of funding proposals, budgets and reports:
- Research, identify, assess and develop new fundraising opportunities and relationships aligned with the program strategic orientation to increase the fundraising resources streams.
- Develop donors’ database related to the agriculture-based funding parties.
- Support and assist in project writing through research, drafting and conceptualization.
- Partake in on-going research and assessments.
- Organize and centralize the research material.
- Take part in evaluating ongoing projects’ impact, and define sets of recommendations and corrective actions to take when needed.
- Contribute to the development of documents and tools for the internal work of the department.
- Manage the archiving and documentation process on one-drive.
- 2- Implementation of the projects in alliance with arcenciel’s strategy and donors’ requirements:
- Plan, coordinate and monitor project activities according to the grant agreements and quality standards.
- Monitor the implementation process to ensure the achievement of project deliverables in terms of cost, time and quality.
- Record, highlight and manage project issues and escalate to higher authorities when necessary.
- Resolve cross-functional issues at project level.
- Conduct regular field visits.
- Ensure the effective allocation of financial resources while implementing the project activities.
- Follow-up frequently on project development and progress to ensure compliance and proper implementation of activities.
- Present monthly, quarterly and yearly reports to the Program Manager.
3- Act as a communication focal point for the Agriculture Program:
- Coordinate with the marketing department on the communication of the agriculture program activities.
- Prepare the content of the communication materials in coordination with the program manager.
- Attend relevant meetings and webinars based on the request of the program manager.
