Assistant To The Director Of Centers

  Assist the Director of Centers in his/her mission: Organize meetings and the mobility of the Director of Centers. Supporting the Director in all his/her movements. Observe, listen and take note of everything that is said and noted during these visits. Design and write reports : Read and understand old documents. Observe the operating activities of each unit and gather all details. Prepare summary reports of the activities observed. Explain the activities in a simple and understandable PowerPoint presentation for any audience. Ensure quality based follow-ups : Be attentive to all comments and complaints expressed. Investigate in every complaint. Clarify and resolve misunderstandings that may occur. Formulate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Identify the objectives of each activity. List and analyze relevant indicators. Establish and implement the KPI for each activity. Ensure the progress of each activity according to its KPIs. Skills : Personal Competencies: Ability to synthesize Capacity to listen and communicate Ability to meet deadlines Meticulous and attentive to details Perseverance Job characteristics : Frequent mobility in all the centers Computer Literacy : Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Working Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM
