Capacity Assessment Intern

General Tasks

1. Compliance, Due Diligence, and Capacity Assessment Support

  • Assist in conducting capacity assessments and due diligence processes required by donors and partners.
  • Complete assessment templates, collect required documents, and prepare structured submissions for donor review.
  • Compile, update, and organize departmental procedures and internal policies to ensure alignment with donor requirements.
  • Collaborate with other internal departments to identify gaps, areas for improvement, and needed support.

2. Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Support

  • Support data collection, cleaning, and analysis as required by current donors and project.
  • Carry out follow-up calls with beneficiaries to monitor activity implementation and collect feedback.
  • Contribute to the preparation of periodic M&E reports and documentation.

3. Data Management, Organization and Filing

  • Support the re-organization and optimization of the Grants and Partnerships Department’s filing systems and databases.
  • Ensure proper archiving and accessibility of key documents, contracts, compliance files, and donor-related information.
  • Identify missing data, files, and documentation and propose solutions for better resource management.
  • Perform any other tasks required by the Grants and Partnerships Department to support ongoing projects, assessments, and donor compliance needs.

Working Conditions

  • Tools, Software used : Microsoft Office
  • Workplace : Office-based at the Jisr El Bacha Center, with the possibility of flexible Hybrid work arrangements
  • Working Schedule : Fixed Schedule, according to the availability of the intern.
  • Type of contract  : Internship of 3 months, starting from the date of joining
