Chef De Partie

Job Duties 1- In charge of the cold section - Assist the head chef and sous chef at anytime - Prepare the recommended cold dishes (salads, cold mezze ...) according to the recipes prescribed by the head chef. - Propose to the head chef new recipes that could attract and interest customers. - Ensure hygiene and quality of products used during preparation.   2- Ensure the efficiency of the job - Implement all the hygiene standards and rules. - Supervise the work of the kitchen commis assisting in the cold section. - Ensure the necessary framework to commit to develop his skills. - Clean the kitchen utensils and equipment used before and after each preparation. - Put everything in its place. - Report to the head chef any malfunctioning or problem that may appear. - Be available to assist the rest of the team when necessary.   Professional Competency - Specialized in Lebanese cold Mezze - Knowledge of the cooking techniques and use of culinary utensils   Personal comptency - Team worker - Energized - Independent - Observant - Meticulous - Confidential - Organizational skills - Taking initiative
