Community Worker - Taanayel

General Objectives & Tasks:

1- Implementation of the project in alliance with arcenciel’s strategy and requirements:

• Work closely with community groups to follow up on range of activity.
• Conduct field visits to assess vulnerability base line during home visits.
• Monitor and follow up the outcome of the assistance provided
• Conduct data collection for the targeted beneficiaries.
• Identify people with specific needs and refer them to appropriate service providers based on referral principles pathways set by arcenciel’s project.
• Follow the set daily and weekly plan of the project and report back to the project coordinator.
• Deliver any other responsibilities assigned by project coordinator.

Position Requirements:

Skill set and competencies:

• Proficiency in computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work and interact effectively with others
• Ability to adapt to situations
• Capable to work under high pressure

Working schedule: Monday till Thursday from 8:00 am till 2:00 pm

Contract Duration:3 Years until December 2021
