Finance Manager

General Objectives & Tasks: 

1- Financial empowerment of the organization's activities:

• Definition of treasury procedures.
• Reconfiguration of the internal management system.
• Creation of a monitoring system.
• Operators training.

2- Creation of a management control unit:

• Definition of control procedures.
• Recruitment and training of a management controller.
• Creation of standard control reports required within the overall framework of the organization (senior management, donation, centers, etc.).
• Ensure the accuracy and the "on-time" process of reports (dashboards, budgeting ...).
• Be ready for needs (analytical, specific, etc.).

3- Optimization of support functions:

• Definition of the services nomenclatures.
• Configuration of the management system for monthly distribution of indirect charges.

Working Schedule: Monday till Friday from 9:00 am till 5:00 pm.

Contract Type: 1 year (renewable).
