Objectives and responsabilities: Establish franchise manuals of different activities within arcenciel’s franchising unit Perform regular visits to arcenciel’s centers to assist in the operations of a variety of activities within each center Analyze the operation of the various activities offered by arcenciel Assist in ensuring the correct procedures are in place Translate manuals and put evaluation forms in place for the various units Skills: Analytical skills Good command of writing, especially in French Good time management of tasks   Computer Literacy: Good handling of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint), PDF   Work Constraints: Frequent mobility to the various centers.   Working Hours: 9h - 17h
