Objectives and responsibilities:
Ensure the strategic development of the program
Define / support the program in its short, medium and long term strategy with the program board director
Define / Support program research activities with the relevant teams
Suggest, within the strategy framework, new projects / new activities and implement them
Liaise with national and international institutions of the sector for a better strategic development of the program
Manage agricultural activities in the centers
Establish tools (norms, procedures, standards, KPIs, monitoring and control tools, ...) to empower activities.
Provide proper training, following and improving the given and newly-established tools, for the different activities
Ensure the activities audit and control
Archive and diffuse the know-how of the activities
Ensure communication for the activities and the program
Define, with the relevant departments, a communication strategy for the activities
Support this strategy to develop the activities
Manage the program
Define and follow the program’s budget
Supervise the program’s volunteers
