IT Support Officer

General Objectives & Tasks:

 1-Ensure the maintenance of computers and IT equipment:

• Ensure the updating of and renewal of pre-existing computers.
• Move by dismantling and reassembling computers.
• Install and repair links between PCs and related machines as well as internet connections.
• Assist in the monthly maintenance of all the organization’s computers and IT equipment.

2- Ensure the installation and updating of software:

• Handle the installation of software on computers.
• Perform software updates when necessary.
• Ensure the download and installation of specific software as needed.

3- Assist the IT Unit Supervisor in various probable tasks:

• Provide the necessary support to volunteers who have difficulty using the computer.
• Assist the head of the department in the administrative tasks of the servers and the computer system.
• Receive donations of electronic parts, keeping only those that could be useful to the IT department.
• Assist in the reception and repair of damaged computers.

Working Schedule: Monday till Friday, from 08:00 Am till 04:00 Pm.

Contract Type: 1 year(Renewable).
