Junior Procurement Officer

General Objectives & Tasks:

1- Collect, process and facilitate the activities of the logistics department in procurement to better serve the organization in its needs:

• Receive purchase orders and report them to the direct supervisor.
• Create a file relating to each order.
• Prepare quotation requests and send them to suppliers after getting the required validations.
• Receive offers, analyze them and transmit the most reliable to the initial buyer concerned.
• Validate the chosen offer with the buyer.
• Make the final order with the selected supplier based on the best revised offer.
• Issue payment orders relating to each order or purchase and send them to the accounting department after having them signed by the manager in charge.
• Sort, classify and archive all documents clearly and efficiently.
• Enter data relating to tender and purchase operations on the software used.
• Follow up on files and follow up with the internal or external contacts concerned.
• Assist the team volunteers in their work if the need arises.

Working Schedule: Monday till Friday from 9:00 am till 5:00 pm.
