Marketing and Social Media Specialist

General objectives and tasks:

1- Oversee all Unit’s social media accounts management: 

  • Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics. 
  • Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies. 
  • Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts. 
  • Planning and implementing online business plans, advertising images, products, brand La Brocante.
  • Managing and developing the content of the La Brocante's website.
  • Manage postings, advertise images, La brocante products on the internet.
  • Search and develop customer system through internet.
  • Consulting information for customers about the La Brocante's products.

 

2- Build relationships with customers: 

  • Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner. 
  • Report online reviews and feedback from customers and social media followers to the direct supervisor. 
  • Coordinate with the departments to implement business development programs, customer care.
  • Research market trends, behavior of customers, update customer information, information competitors through the internet.

 

3- Build and enhance public relations and networks: 

  • Participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness. 
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness. 

 

4- Develop Marketing department and its activities: 

  • Write marketing communications material. 
  • Plan content and write copy for publications such as product brochures, sales leaflets, corporate brochures, annual reports for shareholders, newsletters and customer magazines.

Working Schedule: Monday till Friday from 08:00 am till 04:00 pm.
