- Candidate Engagement and Support
- Represent the organization's core values and culture when interacting with job seekers and stakeholders.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate profiling and maintain detailed records using Zoho Recruit and OneDrive.
- Actively listen to candidates, identifying their skills, needs, and career goals.
- Implement job carving to create tailored employment opportunities that match candidate abilities.
- Recommend and facilitate access to tailored services, including advanced training and coaching programs.
- Contribute to the development of professional guidance and career preparedness materials.
- Ensure that all candidates receive equal consideration for job opportunities.
- Maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly follow-up with each candidate and update their information as needed.
- Evaluate and report on the results and progress of all job seekers.
- Navigate between centers to provide needed support for all job seekers on all projects when needed.
2. Stakeholder Collaboration and Corporate Relations
- Promote the mission and objectives of the employment unit to partner companies and community centers.
- Act as a liaison between the organization and corporate clients, collecting feedback on their work environment.
- Collaborate with the Disability Inclusion Officer to ensure that work environments are accessible and inclusive.
- Educate and persuade companies to participate in inclusive hiring practices, helping them meet hiring targets and create a lasting impact.
- Promote the application of Lebanese Law 220/2000 and the CRPD within corporate settings.
3. Administrative and Project Management
- Generate various reports as requested.
- Implement project activities according to the established work plan, timeline, targets, and donor requirements.
- Conduct field visits and coordinate between the unit and other centers.
- Collect, organize, and store all necessary candidate data and documentation.
- Assist with any other required tasks as needed to support the team's objectives.
