General Objectives & Tasks:
Serve as protection focal point, while referring protection cases and maintaining accurate walk-in registration:
- Register and filling walk in assessment for visitors.
- Maintain the center attendant log of arrivals and departures.
- Communicate effectively with the responsible person/s on any center welcoming issues.
- Provide inquiries to the beneficiaries while telling about arcenciel’s services in the area.
- Provide information on available services.
- Identify, and refer cases at risk to relevant stakeholders.
- Work on building and deepening relationships with beneficiaries.
- Draft reports, routine correspondence, update relevant databases.
- Participate in individual protection case management including cases of SGBV and child protection.
- Handling and monitoring the NEF Hotline phone number.
- Enforce integrity in the delivery of protection services by local implementing partners.
- Deliver any other responsibilities assigned.
