Protection and Referral Assistant

General Objectives & Tasks:

Serve as protection focal point, while referring protection cases and maintaining accurate walk-in registration: 

• Register and filling walk in assessment for visitors.
• Maintain the center attendant log of arrivals and departures.
• Communicate effectively with the responsible person/s on any center welcoming issues.
• Provide inquiries to the beneficiaries while telling about arcenciel’s services in the area.
• Provide information on available services.
• Identify, and refer cases at risk to relevant stakeholders.
• Work on building and deepening relationships with beneficiaries.
• Draft reports, routine correspondence, update relevant databases.
• Participate in individual protection case management including cases of SGBV and child protection.
• Handling and monitoring the NEF Hotline phone number.
• Enforce integrity in the delivery of protection services by local implementing partners.
• Deliver any other responsibilities assigned.

Working Schedule: Monday till Friday, from 08:00 Am till 04:00 Pm.

Contract Type: 9 Months(Renewable).
