1- Ensure the role of psychologist (50%)
- Greet the beneficiaries of the projects and the center who need psychological follow ups.
- Diagnosing the psychological cases (listening, observing, analyzing the files) of students in specialized classes and day care, beneficiaries of the center and running projects by tracking and evaluating their pathological problems (language delay, stuttering, behavioral disorders, violent attitude and reactions, relationship difficulties, etc…)
- Build Individual Development Plans and action plans through conducting individual interviews with beneficiaries to collect the necessary information, raise the issue, formulate working hypotheses and collaborate with professional teams in the health unit to ensure the best results.
- Conduct and monitor the evolution of the IDP in coordination with the health and youth teams of the center.
2- Ensure the HR management of the center (50%)
- Be the active listener for Taanayel center employees.
- Be the spokesperson of the HR department at Taanayel.
- Record attendance: absences, holidays, sick ... and report information to the HR department.
- Grant advance on salary according to arcenciel procedure.
- Prepare the files of the new employees as well as the necessary documentations.
- Distribute the cash salaries while making sure that the pays lips are signed.
- Ensure the integration of the new employees, through a small orientation about arcenciel’s work, a visit of the center in which they will be introduced to their colleagues as well as providing the necessary support.
- Be the link between the employees of Taanayel center and the HR department in its activities.
- Retain the HR documents in good conditions.
- Ensure that the HR procedures are followed and the necessary forms are completed, signed and transferred to the HR department (leave request, advance sheets...).
- Study the employees training needs through continuous follow ups and transfer the results to the HR department.
- Provide the necessary support to the employees during assessments and follow up directly with the HR department.
- Respond to internal conflicts between the employees and try to solve these kind of problems.
