Psychomotor Therapist - Halba

General objectives & tasks:

1- Examination and discovery of psychomotor and psycho-affective disorders:

  • Observe and prepare a psychomotor evaluation sheet.
  • Present the patient’s file every week.
  • Be attentive to patient’s needs and help them to develop self-confidence.
  • Evaluate patients’ psychomotor capacities.
  • Seek to identify the origin of patients’ difficulties.
  • Provide support and mentorship to patients.
  • Create a relationship of trust with the patient and his surroundings.

2- Psychomotor Rehabilitation:

  • Enable patients to gesture easily and obtain a sense of well-being.
  • Mitigate or correct the disorders.
  • Refer to the use of coordination and rhythm activities.

 3- Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Follow up with the team and contribute to the care of patients.
  • Inform the team on psychomotor practices.
  • Present weekly reports.

Position Requirements:

Skill set and competencies:

  • Knowledge and previous proven use of evaluation methods and tools such as psychomotor tests.
  • Knowledge of the basic principles of psychomotility.
  • Know how to interpret data and diagnose the psychomotor abilities.
  • Previous experience in psychosis.
  • Listening and communication skills
  • Adaptability to any kind of situation
  • Respect for patients’ privacy
  • Patient and positive personality.

Working schedule:3 days per week 8:00 am till 4:00 pm

Contract Type: 1 year till December 2019
