Re-advertised - Administrative and Operations Officer

General objectives and tasks:

1- Identifying new sales leads in line with programs strategy while maintaining successful relationship with existing customers and partners:

  • Researching organizations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets.
  • Contacting potential clients and partners via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners.

 

2- Pitching products and / or services:

  • Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays.
  • Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in products/services.
  • Developing quotes and proposals.

 

3- Participate in the development and valorization of the organization through the realization of its objectives:

  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials.
  • Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

 

4- Administering and developing cirquenciel:

  • Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Ensure the spread of the culture and the spirit of arcenciel.
  • Present to cirquenciel manager a consolidated annual report of all activities in order to obtain a discharge.

 

5- Social media management and monitoring:

  • Research and strategize techniques to optimize social media reach.
  • Monitor posts on Facebook, to better understand and evaluate the interests of our audience: the success of the posts and the optimal timing of posting.
  • Research appropriate media outlets and blogs that would be interested in publicizing cirquenciel’s work and projects.
  • To keep an up-to-date database of all published material
  • To ensure events receive sufficient publicity in the lead up to each event, all events/projects must be shared on social media and ideally, advertised on platforms
  • Post-event coverage: including, but not limited to, videos/pictures from the event on all forms of social media to be posted in a timely manner.

 

Position requirements:

  • Perfect knowledge of the equipment used and sold.
  • Know how to manage invoices, collect and archive.
  • Knowledge of the general organization and operation of the unit and its components.
  • Listening skills.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build good relationships with new people.
  • Respect for professional secrecy.
  • Organizational capacity.
  • Attention to detail.
