Re-advertised - Communications Coordinator

General objectives and tasks:

1- Assist in maintaining the proper functionality of the marketing department, its development and its transformation into a service unit:

  • Follow the evolution of the marketing strategies of organizations of comparable size or activity, keep abreast of socio-media innovations.
  • Assist in the creation, development and use of marketing systems: website, social networks, layout…

 

2- Assist in team and department management:

  • Help distribute tasks among team members in a way that maximizes productivity.
  • Assist in supervising and motivating the members of the team.

 

3- Ensure the graphic design of the web, social networks and print entity creatively while respecting the culture of the association and its visual identity (graphic charter):

  • Receive graphic design needs from their manager, director, programs, centers or departments.
  • Process the order, manufacture and distribution of productions.
  • Participate in the development of the structure’s communication strategy through the graphic creation of appropriate digital tools.

 

4- Carry out the above through the creation of the corresponding tools:

  • Design and produce logos and visual identities (flyers, posters, brochure, catalog, packaging…).
  • Design the post layout for social networks.
  • Design the layout of videos and help in the design of the storyboard or the shoot.
  • Design artistic directions for photoshoots.
  • Design illustrations and infographics.
  • Create the page layouts in accordance with the association’s graphic charter.
  • Index photos, retouch images.
  • Design event spaces, exhibitions.
  • Interpret and graphically synthesize digital data to make them accessible to the general public.

 

Position requirements:

  • Knowledge of graphic design techniques.
  • Mastery of the main graphics software.
