Re-advertised - Senior Human Resources Coordinator

General objectives and tasks:

The  Senior HR Coordinator will be In charge of managing Recruitment and Manpower Planning, Organizational Analysis and Development, in addition to Training and Development functions within the HR Department.

 

Tasks and Objectives:

  • Manage job analysis, job design and organizational development activities across the mission.
  • Develop and map the Functional Organizational Structure (FOS) of the programs, departments, centers and units.
  • Suggest and recommend re-structuring models for the greater benefit of the organization.
  • Manage overall recruitment and manpower planning activities as per set procedures across the mission.
  • Establish new partnerships with universities, institutions and organizations to maintain talent pipelining to the organization.
  • Establish a system of knowledge management across the mission.
  • Customize the knowledge management technology for the efficient use (Intranet) and ensure accessibility of information for all employees.
  • Conduct annual organization-wide training needs assessment for technical and soft skills and identify skills and knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
  • Draw an overall and/or individualized training and development plan for all volunteers across the mission.
  • Map out annual training plans for programs, department, centers and operational units.
  • Set training plan and checklist for new hires at arcenciel.
  • Revise yearly the training plans already set and adjust accordingly.
  • Choose appropriate training methods for every position in coordination with the direct supervisor (e.g. simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes, etc.).
  • Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure that new hires are adjusted to the performance aspects of their new jobs quickly and smoothly.
  • Improve trainings activities according to the feedback evaluation, measured impact and recommendations.
  • Plan and organize events throughout the year for employees in coordination with other departments.
  • Develop and update human resources policies, procedures and tools.

 

Position requirements:

  • Know the techniques and the formalities of recruitment.
  • Experienced in national and international recruitment.
  • Experienced in conducting manpower planning studies.
  • Global knowledge of arcenciel: Have a good understanding of arcenciel’s culture, strategy, projects, mode of operation and structure.
  • Respect of deadlines.

  • High sense of organizational capacity.
  • High skills in negotiating.
  • Ability to work and lead a team.

Working schedule: Monday till Friday from 08:00 am till 04:00 pm.

Contract type: 1 Year, with possibility of extension.
