Recruitment & Integration Officer

Objectives and responsibilities: Handle the recruitment process Evaluate need and identify vacancy in: staff, intern, volunteer, full-time, part-time and seasonal job.... Develop job description with relevant department Post job announcements (both internally & externally) Use social and professional networking sites. Diversify sources of recruitment Build a talent database of candidates Shortlist, screen applications received Evaluate candidate based on job description and arcenciel’s values and culture Conduct phone and 1st interview Select and hire Send candidates approval or rejection letters Prepare for the on-boarding Work with direct managers to ensure effective integration of new hire Develop procedures and tools related to the recruitment field and prepare the integration of new volunteers Improve arcenciel’s website recruitment page Be updated on market-relevant online recruitment tools Develop & update recruitment procedures and forms (jobs description, Job application, interview evaluation form…) Organize internal events e.g. integration day and external events e.g. job fairs Manage an internship program with head of departments and programs Report recruitment turnover statistics on a monthly basis Handle arcenciel's profile on LinkedIn Perform other special projects as assigned by HR Director   Skills: Respects deadlines Takes initiatives Excellent communication skills Well organized Excellent analytical skills   Computer literacy: MS Office
