Senior Quality Officer

General Objectives & Tasks :

1- Plan and Develop a Quality Management System (QMS) within arcenciel centers:

  • Observe processes and conduct interviews with the respective process owners or operators
  • Understand and conceptualize the existing processes
  • Prepare an action plan for the development and implementation of the QMS
  • Map and document the existing processes or assist the process owner in doing so
  • Identify responsibilities and control points
  • Identify and develop the needed procedures and forms or assists the process owners in doing so
  • Make sure all processes, procedures and remaining documentation is validated by the process owners / operators and by the Quality Manager
  • Identify gaps versus the standard, and issue recommendations and opportunities for improvement
  • Assist in the training and awareness of the center staff concerning the QMS and the actions being performed.

2- Assist in the implementation of QMS within arcenciel centers:

  • Perform internal audits within the framework of the internal audit master plan defined by the QMS manager
  • Prepare audit reports, communicate audit findings to the process owners and follow up on execution of corrective actions
  • May accomplish other field or administrative tasks that are required to ensure the implementation of QMS requirements

3- Communicate and report, in all above mentioned tasks:

  • Build mutual trust and respect relationships with the process owners and operators
  • Closely cooperate with colleagues and manager in the QMS team
  • Periodically report to QMS manager on the project progress and the difficulties encountered

Position Requirements:

- Professional competencies:

  • Excellent knowledge of QMS, ISO 9001:2015, TQM, OHS
  • Previous experience in developing and/or applying a QMS
  • Previous experience in industrial sector preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office.
  • Project management experience.

- Personal competencies:

  • Pragmatic, Structured, Excellent communication & management skills
  • Assertive
  • Ability to operate in complex and ambiguous environment
  • Must have the ability to work with staff at all levels.

- Working schedule: Monday till Friday from 8 am till 4 pm
