General objectives and tasks:
The Site Officer will be following up on site activities, coordinating with the team and ensuring that the implementation of activities set on this project are done properly. The Site officer shall deliver the following services in the course of this assignment:
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and supervise field workers to develop and execute project activities in the field.
- Follow up closely with the Project Manager and project team on field activities.
- Ensure the correct implementation of training and implementation of health and safety regulations on site as per the requirements set by the consultants. - Monitor the utilization and handling of material on site.
- Ensure proper maintenance of machinery available on site.
- Identify potential candidates (operators and helpers).
- Provide overall supervision of the staff works to ensure the production of the corresponding project outputs.
- Ensure effective dissemination of and access to information on project activities and results.
- Coordinate logistic needs. - Organize and submit field reports to the Project Manager.
- Any other related duties, as assigned by the project manager, for the successful implementation of the project.

- Knowledge in waste management is highly appreciated.

- Knowledge of Health and safety practices.
Working schedule: Monday till Friday from 07:00 am till 04:00 pm.
Contract type: CDD 1 year(Renewable).
