Technician

General objectives and tasks:

1- Assist their manager in collecting data related to the association's mobility units:

• Identify the quantities produced as well as the problems facing each unit and workshop from the heads of the workshops and the managers of the mobility unit.
• Calculate ratios (energy consumption per part produced, parts produced per day, etc.) that are relevant and useful for evaluating efficiency and productivity, which he will subsequently report to his manager.

2- Guarantee the know-how to the units / centers and help the application of standards and techniques in all the mobility units of the association:

• Identify the problems and dysfunctions observed, or mentioned by the volunteers themselves.
• Provide continuous training related to program franchises in the units concerned to ensure better application of know-how.
• Provide the necessary technical support to the managers of mobility units in the centers.
• Assist in bringing units up to standard according to standards (prerequisites / standards required, production process, etc.).
• Assist his manager in the implementation of operating and quality procedures for the units.
• Ensure the monitoring and control of the relative quality system.
• Assist in the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

3- Carry out research work relating to the possibilities of manufacturing new products:

• Carry out in-depth research regarding mobility and new product development possibilities.
• Document the research carried out in order to be able to carry out tests and prototypes.
• Validate with his manager the resulting research to launch the execution in the field.
• Establish technical drawings relating to new products.

Position Requirements:

• Knowledge in the field of mobility and the different services offered by the organization at this level.
• Technical drawing (Autocad or Revit)
