General Objectives & Tasks :
1- Manage the team of the sewing workshop and the collection unit:
Divide and allocate tasks and responsibilities in an efficient way to maximize team productivity.
Supervise and lead the team members as well as control their daily work.
Supervise and train the team as needed.
Motivate the team for greater productivity.
Manage conflicts and resolve problems that might occur within the team.
2- Oversee the production of the sewing workshop and support the marketing of the produced items:
Ensure the proper organization and setup of the sewing workshop.
Create and monitor the marketing of the brand and finished products of clothing and accessories designed, in coordination with the marketing department.
Organize and participate in external events to sell the innovative products.
Establish relations with the sales companies in order to sell our goods.
3- Communicate with the unit managers for better coordination:
Coordinate with the collection and sorting unit supervisor to define and review the criteria of the outfits to be transmitted to the sewing workshop.
Coordinate with the customer service unit to better understand customers' requests and preferences.
Receive recommendations for modification and editing from customers and social boutique unit supervisors.
4- Manage the driver’s routing for the collection and the redistribution:
Prepare a daily road map and make sure that it’s respected by the drivers.
Ensure that drivers are familiar with traffic laws and road safety rules and thus respect it.
Respond actively and resolve any complaint from third parties by taking the necessary actions.
5- Adjust stock and collection unit:
Receive clothes and other probable items.
Sort and classify the products received (shoes, clothing, underwear, toys ...) with the support of the team.
Send damaged clothing to the sewing workshop unit for second usage.
Send broken plastic toys to recycling, books to arcenciel’s library, medical items to the concerned units, etc.
Ensure and maintain the cleanliness of the premises with the support of cleaning agents.
Guarantee the safe organization of the workplace to facilitate the movement of the team.
Establish good relations with companies to expand the collection network.
