Youth Animator

 Objectives and responsibilities: Organize, conduct and supervise recreational, intellectual, social activities and sports in coordination with volunteers from the Domaine de Taanayel and Taanayel’s center ­Identify, organize and facilitate the construction sites (inventory of rooms’ equipment, paint job, gardening, working in the fields, milking cows, etc.) Organize and supervise recreational activities (cycling, center’s visit, sports and games in youth clubs, various games, etc.) ­Organize and supervise evening gatherings (knowledge play board games, film club, walking, etc.) ­Explain and demonstrate embodiments of operations and rules of games Organize and supervise meals, sleeping, showers and toilets in coordination with volunteers from the Domaine de Taanayel and Taanayel’s center Organize and supervise morning and afternoon breaks, lunch and dinner (location, logistics, meals, etc.) ­Organize and supervise youth’s sleeping in tents ­Respect the sleeping schedule ­Wake up youth in the morning and make sure they have breakfast and went to the WC Supervise and monitor young people in respect of arcenciel’s culture and spirit ­Monitor every youth (observation, attention paid to each) ­Explain to young people the handling of materials and equipment to be used ­Respect the safety instructions regarding the equipment, facilities, and people Gaming equipment and workshops Skills: Dynamic Enthusiastic Active listener Handicraft Patience Creativity Pedagogy Affinity with young people Conflict Management   Working Hours: 8am - 2pm
