Work Title:
Provision, Design, and Delivery of Supplies, Equipment, and Installation Services for the Creation of Backyard Gardens
Scope of Work
arche noVa invites qualified and eligible suppliers to submit their bids for a one-year framework agreement covering:
- Design of customized backyard garden systems per plot, based on on-site conditions and beneficiary needs;
- Supply and delivery of gardening tools, seedlings, organic inputs, irrigation systems, and structural components;
- Full setup and installation of backyard garden systems on-site, including fencing, planting beds, and irrigation layouts;
- Technical setup and configuration for each garden, ensuring full operability and household usability;
- Transportation, offloading, and supervision of the complete setup process at designated locations in North Lebanon and Akkar.

Submission Requirements
Interested suppliers must submit:
1. Technical Proposal – including their methodology for design, supply, and setup.
2. Financial Proposal – sealed separately.
3. Both documents must be submitted in sealed envelopes, placed within a single outer envelope, and delivered to:

Eligibility Criteria
1. Companies must be legally registered in Lebanon and possess valid commercial registration and VAT documentation.
2. Attendance at the Clarification Meeting on 24 June 2025 is mandatory for participation.
