arche noVa is seeking for selecting a qualified fuel service provider to support operations in Lebanon. The selected provider will supply fuel and
fuel-related services through a variety of payment and fleet management solutions.
Scope of Services
The service provider is expected to offer one or more of the following services:
- Postpaid Fuel Cards – allowing monthly billing for fuel consumption.
- Prepaid Fuel Cards – allowing balance-based usage for specific vehicles or users.
- Mobile App Tracking Systems – enabling secure, real-time transactions via mobile application.
- Fuel Vouchers / Coupons – paper or digital vouchers for defined fuel amounts.
- Online Fleet Management Portal – to monitor, control, and report mileage and fuel consumption.
- QR Code / NFC Tap-to-Pay – contactless payment linked to corporate accounts.
- Free Car Wash services.
