Outreach Worker

The project will be carried out in Jabbouleh, Jdeideh, Ras Baalback, Bajajeh and Zaboud and foresees the achievement of the following results: 
R1.Farmers and business activities are strengthened and participate in promoting social stability in Baalbeck- Hermel governorates
R2.Community based social cohesion, interfaith dialogue and tension reduction interventions are promoted in collaboration with local communities and actors 

Position objectives:

In coordination with the local project coordinator and the project staff:

• Identify the most vulnerable entrepreneurs in active agriculture and agri-business in Jabbouleh, Jdeideh, Ras Baalback, Bajajeh and Zaboud;  
• Actively assist the project staff in the selection of beneficiaries participating in this Initiative;
• Explain the activities and objectives of the initiative to the beneficiaries and members of the local community through the organization of informative sessions during the selection process;
• Perform field visits to the selected beneficiaries in order to monitor the Social revolving funds mechanism implementation
•  Prepare detailed monthly planning on the activities;
• Keep contact with beneficiaries for the plannned training courses 
• Prepare periodic narrative reports on the progress of Social revolving funds  activities implemented by the beneficiaries;
• Supervise the management of the database and administrative papers of the involved beneficiaries in the intervention area.
