Role: ARK is seeking a qualified and experienced Lebanese organisation or professional to provide technical support, troubleshooting, and support to institutionalisation of an existing software system used by Lebanese stakeholders. The software plays a critical role in data collection and analysis to enable evidence-based decision making and resource allocation.
Requirements: The organisation or individual must be able to demonstrate the following experience, expertise, and capabilities:
- Experience delivering software solutions and support to Lebanese state institutions. Experience working with Lebanese security actors is desirable.
- Experience developing and supporting software systems for large institutions with primary focus on data collection and auditing, trend analysis, performance monitoring, and workflow management.
- Demonstrable capability to conduct comprehensive audits of existing software enabled systems and establish a framework for optimisation and sustainability.
- Demonstrable capability to deliver rapid turnaround and ongoing troubleshooting and technical support to diagnose and resolve software issues, including performance bottlenecks and system errors.
- An ability to safeguard data security and confidentiality in compliance with Lebanese stakeholder and donor requirements.
Location: The requested support must be delivered through a combination of in-person and office-based delivery in Lebanon.
