1. Purpose
ARK Group DMCC is seeking a qualified and experienced auditing firm to conduct a Project-Specific Financial Statements Audit for the first fiscal year of a Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs–funded project supporting the Lebanese Armed Forces (LAF).
The audit is expected to begin in November 2025 and be completed by January 2026, in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISAs) or equivalent auditing frameworks that ensure the same level of assurance.
Detailed requirements are outlined in Annex 1 – Statement of Work (SOW) of the attached Request for Proposal (RFP) document.

Interested and qualified firms are invited to submit proposals in accordance with the instructions provided in the attached RFP document, which includes:

- Annex 1: Statement of Work (SOW)
