Request for Quotation L084 ARK Group DMCC is a development consultancy committed to empowering local communities and beneficiaries in conflict, post-conflict, and fragile areas through the provision of evidence-based programmatic interventions, policy recommendations, and training services. We are seeking quotes for a venue reservation for five (5) days and five (5) rooms for six (6) nights from October 2nd, 2017 until October 6th, 2017. The location of the requested Hotel should be within Beirut. Venue Requirements: Day light venue for workshop fitting at least 25 persons with round tables seated in Half Moon setup. Head Table with two (2) chairs Welcome Coffee Break Brunch Coffee Break Lunch Afternoon Coffee Break Room reservation requirements: Single, five (5) rooms for six (6) nights including Bed and Breakfast Pricing: Offers shall be in the form of price/person for the Venue and price/single room for the Room. Offers of both categories should be separate from one another. Prices should include VAT. Lunch and coffee breaks menus: Offers should include the menus for lunch and the three daily coffee breaks as attachments to the offer email. Quote Form: All quotations must be submitted on or in accordance with the form below on a company letterhead (See paragraph Required Services).
