MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Support in the development of the company’s online communications strategy Ensure delivery of company’s online strategy Work with program staff to update the content of the company’s website on a regular basis, such as latest news and activities Post relevant content on social media outlets on a daily basis, including the creation of content, key news and developments, as well as the identification (such as video, audio and interactive presentations) of existing relevant content for online publication Increase the company’s social media presence and expand online network to increase the visibility of the company and its programs, including Twitter followers, company Facebook page, Linkedin, and YouTube Ensure consistency and quality of content across the website and social media outlets Coach program staff on how to best utilise social media outlets Provide impact measurement and evaluation for the company’s social media outreach at the end of the assignment QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Pursuing a Bachelor Degree in communication, media, political studies, international affairs, social sciences, or any related field Demonstrated experience and knowledge in social media management, platforms, and tools required Interest in the development field Experience in increase online visibility on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Flickr, etc. Strategic content creation and excellent writing skills Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills Ability to be self-directed, multi-task oriented, and work under pressure to meet deadlines required
