Administrative And Financial Officer

  *1. BASIC FUNCTION: -        Make sure that all financial transactions are carried out and recorded          in accordance with financial procedures of ASSABIL. -        Overview daily office expenses. -        Responsible of cash in hand and the cash book. -         Preparing the monthly internal financial report. -        prepare the Financial reports to donor. -        Advise the Executive Director, the Financial Manager and Program. -        Manager on Budget Status. -        Interact with internal and external auditors in completing the audits. -        Establishing and maintaining filing system both electronically and         Physical. -        Review accounting reports for accuracy and completeness. -        Support the administrative organization and operating framework          financial management, management of the contracts for the ASSABIL          premises. -       Ensure proper management of financial resources. -       Ensure effective communication and external relations in his/her        field -      Assist in drafting internal reports (prepare financial reports,         breakdown per budget lines, and draft budget for new projects). -      Budgeting -      Support in monitoring and maintaining the inventory of stationary &        Office equipment and supplies to the required level. -    Performs other duties of a similar nature. -     Provide logistical support if necessary.     *2.ADMINSTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:     - Responsible for the day-to-day financial transactions and cash book    -  Attend the staff Meetings    -  Assist and support the financial reporting schedules of the projects       in coordination with the Financial Manager.    -  Responsible to report the following:     adequate financial reporting to the Financial Manager  -  Responsible of the monthly cash in hand financial report  -  Support and assist the Financial Manager to submit the Financial Yearly -   Report to be included in the Yearly Report of  ASSABIL *3. REPRESENTATION: - Represent the Financial Manager in meetings upon the delegation of the   Financial Manager *4. DUTIES PERFORMED:*    1. Responsible for maintaining  the Culture of the Organization   2. Performing in high efficiency all the required duties    *5. PROFESSIONAL RELATIONS:  -  Works under the direct supervision of ASSABIL’s Director .  -  Works in close coordination with ASSABIL’s Program Manager and    Projects Managers.   *6. BASIC REQUIREMENTS: A. Academic & Technical:  - Bachelor Degree in Accounting or finance  - Previous experience with NGOs is an asset  - At least 2 years of experience in Accounting Field  - Fluency in written and spoken English, French and Arabic  - Expert in main computer applications (Microsoft Office Applications…)   - Knowledgeable in the financial and accounting systems *B. Personal:     - Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills       Experience required:  - 1 to 2 years   -   Education degree: Bachelor Degree Field of education:    -  Languages: Arabic: Fluent English: Fluent French: Fluent     Period: 1 year renewable
