CVC Association is organizing training workshops in Khaldeh to enhance staff digital skills in the following area:
Microsoft 365 & Outlook – Level 1 (Foundational Training)
Duration:
16 hours of basic Microsoft 365 and Outlook training
Location:
Khaldeh
Upon completing the course, outstanding participants will receive certificates of completion.
Microsoft 365 & Outlook – Level 1 Training will cover the following topics:
Introduction to Microsoft 365 environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Email and calendar management (Outlook basics)
File management using OneDrive and shared folders
Basic collaboration on Teams and SharePoint
Introduction to cloud access, document uploading, and safe storage practices
