Call for participants for trainings in Admin Assistant or Customer Service

CVC will conduct a call for participants for youth to join our vocational training programs in Customer Service or Administrative Assistance, as part of its efforts to empower youth and enhance their employability. The project will provide participants with 150 hours of Competency-Based Training (CBT) in their chosen track, in addition to 50 hours of Life Skills and 50 hours of English language training.

Upon completion of the training phase, participants will engage in 40 days of cash-for-work, allowing them to apply their skills in real work settings. Following this, CVC Charity will support participants in securing sustainable employment opportunities, ensuring a smooth transition from training to the job market.

 

  • Target Group

Lebanese, Palestinian, and Syrian Youth, preferably residing in Mount Lebanon (Aramoun, Khaldeh, Bchamoun, Choueifat).

As part of its ongoing efforts to promote youth empowerment and economic inclusion, CVC Charity is launching a vocational training initiative targeting vulnerable in Mount Lebanon (specifically, Bchamoun, Aramoun, Khaldeh, Choueifat). The program aims to enhance employability and self-reliance by equipping participants with market-driven skills in Customer Service or Administrative Assistance, complemented by Life Skills and English language training.

In this context, CVC is looking for dedicated participants to take part in the trainings. Selected youth will receive Competency-Based Training (CBT) followed by 40 days of cash-for-work opportunities, allowing them to gain hands-on experience and apply their newly acquired skills in real work environments.

Upon completing the program, participants will receive employment support from CVC Charity to help them secure sustainable job opportunities and successfully transition into the workforce.

  • Evaluation and Selection Criteria: 

Evaluation and selection of participants will be based on a transparent and merit-based process. The criteria will include location, educational background, and interview performance.

Priority will be given to youth residing in targeted areas, possessing relevant educational qualifications or interest in the training fields, and demonstrating strong motivation and commitment during the interview process.
