CBT Trainer

The trainer will have to give 150 hours of technical skills courses that will cover the following modules:

• Lesson planning and instructional design
• Classroom management and discipline
• Assessment creation and exam grading
• Differentiated instruction and inclusive education
• Educational technology integration
• Social-emotional learning and child protection
• Teaching in emergencies, ethics, and collaboration with parents

The trainer will have to give 50 hours of Soft Skills courses that will cover:

• Communication & Collaboration.
• Adaptability & Resilience: Navigating challenges such as these faced with the participants and being able to cope with the students and  the surrounding environment.
• Leadership & Initiative.
• Time Management & Organization.
• Creativity & Innovation: Thinking outside the box to develop new solutions and teaching methods.

The trainer will have to give 50 hours of Youth Functional Skills courses that will cover:

• How to present themselves in interviews and be able to pass.
• Cover letter and CV writing.
• How to apply to jobs effectively.
